New SR and FEC for STAR TV Japan package on 3,900 V, SR 26845, FEC 7/8.
At present, all channels were encrypted.
(Source of SR is SATCO DX) 


--- Apstar 2R at 76.5E:
Digital package including Middle East Channel on 3,880H.
Taiwan Channel has started, MPEG-2/enc., PIDs 08D4/08AC.


--- Thaicom 3 at 78.5E:
Sony Entertainment TV on 3,520 H, PAL, 6,60/7,00 MHz.

Thai TV 5 Global Network package has left 3,480 H.

Reuters TV feeds on 3,636 H, MPEG-2/clear, 
SR 5632, FEC 3/4, PIDs 0200/0280.
This channel is same program of Reuters TV feeds on Apstar 1.
