RTR-SIGNAL PACKAGE ON INTELSAT 604 IS "UNDER CONSTRUCTION"

The RTR-Signal package has changed frequency from 11.138 GHz to 11.135 GHz
and SR from 26660 to 25244.

SD comment: The great changes in this package occur daily! The PIDs for RTR
Main (0021/0022) and number of TV channels (6) remain constant only.
The list of channels changes very much frequently. EuroSport, CNN, TNT, various
versions of RTR arise and disappear... You can see all present channels changing
PIDs from 0021 up to 0038, if it's interesting to you.

The new occasional feeds digital package is very often on 11.590 H in MPEG-2/
PowerVu with SR 20145, FEC 3/4 and PIDs:

SD comment: Yesterday I observed the regular programmes of the Fox Sports Net
with PIDs 0550/0528, transmission was stopped at 20.00 CET.
