INTELSAT 604:
	NEW NTV+ CHANNEL HAS STARTED IN CLEAR
	TWO CHANNELS HAVE CEASED IN RTR-SIGNAL

Yesterday the new NTV+ channel - NTV+ "Detskij mir" (The children's world) has
started in the NTV package on 11.515 V in MPEG-2/clear with VPID 04FF and
APID 0500.

SD comment: It's interesting that this channel has started before a beginning of ope-
ration of TDF 2 at 36 E.

Two channels with PIDs 0031/0032 and 0035 have ceased in the RTR-Signal pack-
age on 11.135 V.

SD comment: Now this package includes four different TV channels. The duplication
of channels was liquidated. By the way, the PCR PID for RTR (ver. 2) has changed
to 002E (old 002F).
