	NTV HAS CEASED

NTV has started on 11.664 H, Spot 2 (East part of Russia, Kazakhstan and countries
of the Central Asia) in SECAM/clear, 7.00 MHz, Russian.

TNT is testing on 11.592 H, Spot 2 in SECAM/clear.

SD comment: The level of these signals is low in my point, but colours are present in
the pictures and sound is legible.

NTV has ceased on 11.473 H.

The occasional news feeds from Acmola, the new capital of Kazakhstan, has repla-
ced Khabar TV on 11.630 H.
