Dr.Dish: Consulting THE SATELLITE´s ENCYCLOPEDIA of J.P. Donnio, I came to
the conclusion both satellites are gone. COSMOS 1700 is out of service since
February 1995 and was been replaced by LUCH 0 and COSMOS 1897 is also out of
service. During the last four months the russians used quite a lot of
EUTELSAT´s digital services. If I get any news about COSMOS 2054, I will
publish it on this place.
