Dr.Dish:
At this moment AMOS did not reach his final orbital position at 4° West. You
can track this satellite via the telemetry-beacons on 10.951 and 11.451 GHz.
Nothing is known about the use of the european spotbeam (55.6 dBW in
South/East-Europe and ab. 46 dBW in Germany).
