Dr.Dish:
Only DW-TV from Germany are available in Hong Kong. DW-TV transmitts via
AsiaSat 2 at 100.5° East on Txp. 10B (4.000 Ghz). But you will need a
suitable MPEG-II receiver (DVB-Standard). The modulation is QPSK, the
data-rate is 28125 kBd and the FEC is 3/4. The EIRP of the satellite
requires a dish-size of 160cm. To obtain the suitable digital receiver, it
would be the best to contact DW-TV directly via fax: +49-221-389 4155. They
should also have a home-page in the Net
