ANIK E2 in NC/USA?

Important is the quality of your dish. With a simple mash-dish it could be
done, but I expect then some noise. Much better would be a real Ku-band dish
in this size, because you are dealing with about 39 to 40 dBW in your aerea.
And if I see your geographical data this must be in or nearby Salisbury. The
Azimuth for the ANIK E2 is 220.9° and the elevation is 39.8°
