Many users of the SCIENTIFIC ATLANTA D 9232 IRD asking for modification of
the set. Since S.A. is not very co-operative, we would like to ask our
readers if someone know who to change the Symbolrate, FEC and local
oszillator-frequency (from 10.00 to 9.75 GHz) or has any other tips & tricks.
