Test Echostar LT 8700

We did see your tests of Drake, Undiden and Palcom receivers in drdish@tv,
wondering why not the LT8700 from Echostar since it is the only one left
from the high end models.

Dr.Dish:
Shure, we would like to test the LT8700, but it would be unfair to test one
of the first versions (which we use). This version has no Panda-board and
differs a little bit against later versions. So, we will wait until we get a
new version with Panda board and allready installed RS-232 (which is a very
welcome).
