Dr.Dish:
Since MIR is a manned space-station, there is no lease of transponders at
all, but I believe you mean some of the russian geostationary satellites
like EXPRESS or GORIZONT. To assist you, I would need further informations
about your needs:

Target aerea?
C- or Ku-Band?
Service (data, audio or Video/audio)?
Data: speed?
Video: bandwidth?
Service (occ. video or fixed service)?
Times of transmission (time and duration)?
Will the uplink provided by your company or do you need a uplink-facility in
your aerea?

If you get all this together, there is no problem to provide you with the
data. Please state if you request is confidential.
