To answer this questions we produce TELE-satellite International. Each issue
containing a worldwide frequency-list, footprints of nearly all comsats and
a chart to calculate the dish size in Ku- and c-band against the EIRP of a
satellite. (http://www.TELE-satelit.com and http://www.satcodx.com)
Furthermore J.P. Donnio and J. Stephenso are offering  in the net suitable
software to to do this job.
