- NTV International sur Hotbird 2.
La chaîne russe NTV international est diffusée
en clair sur Hotbird 2 : 11938 H, 20000, 3/4.
Cette chaîne devrait être recevable avec le
terminal de TPS.
- Lancement de Thor 3.
Le satellite nordique Thor 3 a été lancé avec
succès à bord d'une fusée Delta. Ce satellite
doit rejoindre Thor 1 et Thor 2 à 1 degré Ouest.
- CSN : Lancement de Canal Foot 98
CanalSatellite a lancé son service interactif
CanalFoot 98 à l'occasion de la coupe du
monde de foot. Accesible via la touche SERV
sur les canaux 4, 10 et 112, ce service donne
diverses informations avec en fond sonore la
radio "98 Radio France".
- TPS : Lancement de Superfoot 98
La chaîne en 16:9 et Dolby Surround consacrée
à la coupe deu monde de football est accessible
sur le canal 42. Elle est diffusée sur le
transpondeur 114 (10796 V).
- Eurosport en Breton
A l'occasion de la coupe du monde de football
Eurosport lance une version en langue bretone.
Cette "nouvelle" version est accessible à la
fois sur CSN et sur TPS.
- Une chaîne en 16:9 en clair
La RAI diffuse à l'occasion du Mondial une chaîne
en 16:9 consacrée à la Coupe du Monde 98. Cette
chaîne est en clair : Hotbird 2, 11766 V, 27500, 2/3
- CSN : Début de Télévision Française Juive.
De 18h à 21h sur le canal 50 vous pouvez regarder
TFJ. La diffusion est pour l'instant en clair. Cette
chaîne est diffusée sur Astra 1F, 12402V, 27500, 3/4.
- CSN : La météo interactive.
Le service interractif de "La Chaine Météo" diffusée
par Canal Satellite a été modifié. L'habillage de
ce service est plus agréable et plus en accord avec
l'esprit de la chaine. On peut désormais mémoriser
une ville pour accéder rapidement aux informations
sur celle-ci.
- TPS : Transformation de Canal Auto.
La chaîne de petites annonces automobiles diffusée
par TPS a été transformée en service interractif
OpenTV.

- NTV International on Hotbird 2.
The russian channel NTV international is now
broadcasted on Hotbird 2: 11938 H, 20000, 3/4.
The channel should be received using TPS
receiver.
- Thor 3 launched.
Thor 3 has been successfully launched using
a Delta rocket. The satellite will join Thor 1 and
Thor 2 at 1 degree West.
- Canal Foot 98 on CSN
CanalSatellite launched its interactive service
dedicated to the football world cup.
To enter the service press the SERV button on
the remote control while on one of the following
channel 4, 10 or 112.
- Superfoot 98 on TPS
TPS launched its channel dedicated to the France 98
World Cup. The channel is broadcasted in 16:9 and
Dolby Surround and is stored in position 42.
- Eurosport en Breton ??
During the Football World Cup, Eurosport is testing
the broadcasting in "Breton". This "new" version
of Eurosport is available on both French digital
package, CSN anb TPS.
- A free 16:9 channel
During the France 98 World Cup, the Italian television
(RAI) is broadcasting a 16:9 channel free to air on
Hotbird2 : 11766 V, 27500, 2/3
- Television Française Juive started on CSN
>From 18h to 21h on the channel 50 you can watch
TFJ. Broadcasting is in the clear : 12402V, 27500, 3/4.
- CSN : Interactive weather forecast.
The interactive service available while watching
"La Chaine Meteo" has changed.
It is now possible to store a town in order to access
quickly information about it. Graphism also changed
and is now like the TVchannel's.
- TPS : Canal Auto turned to OpenTV.
The channel broadcasting car advertisements
turned into an OpenTV interactive service.
