D-box Local Oscillator frequency

I have just purchased myself a D-BOX & are trying to set the LOCAL
OSCILLATOR FREQUENCY to 5150, I can change it through the antenna
adjustment menu but it will only go down to 9000,,, 



Have I got something set wrong in the RED MENU???

Can someone help please,,,
