[SAT-TOPIC]: Swiss stations (ADR) and Dutch (MPEG-2)

Hi,

Have somebody noticed that all the ADR swiss stations suffer from a 
short audio interruptions (less than 1 second) every few minutes ?

Do somebody know if the Dutch radios 1 to 5, which started yesterday,
have been encrypted ?
