[SAT-TOPIC]: Energy Rheinland Pfalz in mono

Energy Rheinland Pfalz partly broadcasts songs in mono. If you listen
for an hour perhaps two or three songs are completely in mono. When the
songs end, the jingles are in stereo. I have also heard jingles in mono.
Does anybody know why?
