Your problem is the CTU900.
NRK1 is unusual in that it transmits in D-MAC (as opposed to D2-MAC) and
some receivers (e.g. the CTU900) can't receive D-MAC.
I believe it's the only channel on 1W that is broadcast in D-MAC
