---------- Med TV on HotBird 4
Med TV, the Kurdish general entertainment broadcaster, has begun
transmissions on HotBird 4, 10.853 H. Previously blocked by the Turkish
government, Med TV will now reach an even larger audience right from
Portugal to Russia. The channel also broadcasts on Eutelsat II-F2, but
is planned to leave this satellite shortly.
********** Summer Break
Sat-UK-News will be taking a two-week summer break from July 10th to
July 27th. Don't worry if you don't get any mail during this time -
there ain't none going out! ;-)
