Genc TV has moved from Eutelsat II f3 to 11,023 V, MPEG-2

CCE - Christian Channel Europe and Sci-Fi Channel have
started on 11,568 V (tp 24). They are still on 11,171 H.

Deutsche Welle TV has started on 12,363 V, MPEG-2/clear

--- Eutelsat II f3:  http://www.satcodx.com/e2f3.html
Genc TV has moved from Eutelsat II f3 to Turksat 1C

Med TV is back on 10,972 V, PAL, not jammed any more!

--- Intelsat 707/Thor 2 at 1W:  http://www.satcodx.com/1west.html
The Telenor package has left Intelsat 707 and is now on Thor 2
The Finnish package consisting of Nelonen and TV Finland have
moved from Intelsat 601 to Intelsat 707: 10,960 H

Telesat 5 and Antena 3 Internacional have ceased.

Baztab (Iran) has started on 4,015 R, East hemi beam

CFI - Canal France Int. has been forced to leave 3,946 L.
The reason is that an X-rated movie was shown at prime
time due to a mistake by France Telecom.

The launch of Superbird C with Atlas has been postponed twice,
but a new attempt will take place on 28 July, 00:53 UTC.

PAS 5 with Proton is delayed from 31 July to 22 August, 00:32 UTC.

The launch of Apstar 2R with Long March is delayed, first from
early Agusut to late August, then to 5 or 10 September.
The reason is questions over control of the orbiter after the
launch. "Mabuhay" [Agila 2] will still be launch early in August,
now targeted for 10 August.


=== INTERNAL:
--- SATCO DX Seminars:
SATCO DX is now offering seminars (workshops) on receiving satellite
signals. Currently, two seminars are due to be held, both directly
at the Uplink control center of Deutsche Telekom in Usingen (near
Frankfurt) in Germany. They will be hosted by Dr Dish, and the first
is scheduled for Saturday 13 September.
