SATCO DX - Updates 980406-980412

This is a summary of the updates at SATCO DX Satellite Chart

--- Apstar 2R at 76.5E:  http://www.satcodx.com/apstar2r.shtml
The TVB 8 promo has moved from 4,188 V to 3,680 H.

The Plus 21 promo has ceased in PAL on 3,760 H, moved to 3,787 H,
MPEG-2/clear, SR 6110, FEC 3/4.

Mongolian TV has started on 4,015 L, SECAM/clear, 6,60 MHz,
North East zone beam.

Onyx has started on 11,638 H, PAL/clear, 6,65 MHz.

SCT is also on 11,638 H, PAL/PingPong, 6,20 MHz, 01:00-02:30 CET.

Four more TV channels have started on 12,111 V, MPEG-2/clear:
TVG - TV de Galicia, Viva, JSC - Al-Jazeera Satellite Channel
and TV Polonia.

TPS has left 12,149 V, is now on Hot Bird 4: 10,834 V.

TPS has started on 10,834 V, MPEG-2/clear, SR 27500, FEC 3/4,
super beam. This tp is a copy of Hot Bird 3: 12,149 V.

Telespazio has started a new package on 12,673 V, MPEG-2/clear,
SR 27500, FEC 3/4, wide beam, line-up: 
Thai TV 5 Global Network and Hot Bird Channel.

CFI Afrique DTH has left 3,886 R (SECAM).
CFI Afrique Pro has left 3,935 R (MPEG-2).
The are both available on Intelsat 803 at 21.5W.

Sky Mexico is on 12 tps in MPEG-2/enc., in these tps ranges:
10,700-10,950 H and 11,200-11,450 H, all beamed to Mexico,
but with extra spots over New York, Chicago and Dominican Rep.
