TV Chile International has left 3,901 H (MPEG-2).


--- Apstar 1 at 138E:  http://www.satcodx.com/apstar1.shtml
MGM Gold has left 4,080 H (Digicipher 2).

AXN has left 4,060 V (MPEG-2), now only on Apstar 2R.

A few channels have started in the JSkyB package, MPEG-2/clear,
SR 21096, FEC 3/4:
12,508 V: Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2
12,538 V: Fuji TV 721
12,658 V: Promo 202

The MPEG-2 package on 4,120 V has ceased.

IBC has a package of TV channels on these frequencies:
12,475 V / 12,515 V / 12,555 V / 12,600 V, in MPEG-2/enc.,
SR 25776, FEC unknown.

There are two new digital tps in the Ku band, MPEG-2/Digistar:
12,538 V: Viva Cinema, The Discovery Channel, TNT, Cartoon Network,
          Channel V Int., Channel V Asia and Star Sports
12,660 V: Star Plus Japan, Star World, Star Movies Asia,
          Star Movies North and Phoenix Chinese

MTA International - Muslim TV Ahmadiyya has started on 4,055 R,
MPEG-2/clear, East Hemi beam.

People's Revolution TV (Libya) has started on 4,167 R, PAL/clear,
high power beam.


--- Astra 1E at 19.2E:  http://www.satcodx.com/astra1e.shtml
UK Horizons has started on 10,818 V (tp 56), PAL/Videocrypt 1,
soft-encrypted, 6,50 & 7,02:7,20 MHz, 08-02 CET.

Astra Vision has started on 10,744 H (tp 51), PAL/clear.

SCT - Satisfaction Channel TV has left 12,265 V (PAL).

Cine Cinefil on 12,627 H and Cine Cinema 1 on 12,669 H have
left this satellite and are now only in D2-MAC on Telecom 2A.

TV 1 (Estonia) is on 11,462 H, MPEG-2/clear, SR 4340, FEC 7/8.

MTA Internatinonal - Muslim TV Ahmadiyya has started on 3,766 R,
MPEG-2/clear, PIDs 320/330, West Hemi beam.


--- Hispasat 1A/1B at 30W:  http://www.satcodx.com/hispa.shtml
Tele Cinco & Antena Tres have left 12,631 V & 12,671 H (PAL).


--- Intelsat 801 at 31.5W:  http://www.satcodx.com/i801.shtml
Intelsat 801 should have completed its move from 64 East to
31.5 West. Tests are expected to start soon.

The launch of Echostar 4 with Proton is delayed from 29 April to
8 May, 00:10-00:20 UTC. It will replace Echostar 1 at 119 West,
that will move to 148 West.

ST 1 with Ariane V109 is delayed from 28 May to September.

Launch swap:
980630/0701: Eutelsat W1 with Ariane (was: 980822/23 with Atlas)
981005:      Hot Bird 5 with Atlas   (was: 980911    with Ariane)
