Sky Box Office 1-48 have started, plus some other channels
like CNE - Chinese News & Entertainment.

TV 10 has started on 11,043 H, MPEG-2/clear, SR 4000, FEC 3/4.

Canal Satellite Antilles is testing on 11,600 H, MPEG-2/clear,
West Indian beam, will start official transmissions on 29 July.

TecSat (Brazil) is on the Ku band with 53 TV channels and

Sirius 3 will initially be leased to SES, according to an agreement
between NSAB and SES. The satellite will be located at 28.2 East as
a backup for Astra 2A. Upon completion of the lease (no later than
1 October 1999), it will be transferred to NSAB and 5 East.
