TVSN has left 3,743 V (PAL).

OSB - Oriental Satellite Broadcaster has started on 12,492 V,
MPEG-2, SR 3310, FEC 7/8


--- Apstar 1 at 138E:  http://satcodx.com/apstar1.shtml
MTV Mandarin has moved from 3,860 V to 4,140 V, B-MAC.

MTV Asia has moved from 3,845 V to 3,860 V, MPEG-2/clear,
SR 30000, FEC 3/4.

PTV World has started on 4,100 V, PAL.

Maharishi Veda Vision has moved from 3,932 H to 3,905 V, PAL,
Asian beam.

TVSN has left 3,743 H (MPEG-2).

TRT International (Europe) has moved from 11,469 V to 11,093 V,
PAL/clear, West beam.

Bayrak International (from the Turkish part of Cyprus) has started
on 11,506 V, MPEG-2/clear, SR 4556, FEC 5/6, only transmitting for
a few hours in the weekend.

Krisma has started on 10,719 V, MPEG-2/clear.

started on 11,304 H, MPEG-2/PowerVu.

D+ has started to use 12,418 V, MPEG-2/IRDETO/Mediaguard,
SR 27500, FEC 3/4, line-up: Cine Cinema 1/2, Marco Polo,
Cine Classics, Seasons, Planete and Canal Jimmy.

Eros TV has started on 12,149 V, MPEG-2/clear, 14-24 CET.

MCM International has started on 3,803 L, MPEG-2/clear,

America has moved from 3,747 R to 3,740 R, MPEG-2/clear, SR 20740,
FEC 3/4.

NHK World Premium and NHK World TV have started on 4,040 H,
MPEG-2/PowerVu, SR 26470, FEC 3/4.

BBC World is on 4,000 H, MPEG-2/clear, SR 19850, FEC 3/4.

New line-up on 3,840 H, MPEG-2/PowerVu:
Film & Arts, Canal Fox, Fox Kids Americas, The Weather Channel Latin
America, CMT Brazil, CNBC and MGM.

Line-up on Kelly Broadcast DTH on 12,115 V, MPEG-2/clear, SR 23000,
