Options Menu (Satellite Dialog)
The format for display of the epoch time (in the satellite dialog only)
can be changed from the usual date and time, to the numerical
epoch format (and back). Date and time can be entered in either
format,
regardless of the display mode. Date/time is interpreted according to the
Windows International Control Panel settings.
