INTELSAT 604:
	NTV PACKAGE HAS CHANGED FREQEUNCY AND SYMBOL RATE
	NTV PLUS 1 AND NTV PLUS 2 WILL BE STARTED IN THIS PACKAGE

The NTV package on 11.520 V has moved to 11.515 V and changed SR to 22494.
New line-up for this package:

NTV Plus 1 and NTV Plus 2 are scheduled to start on TDF 2, but can't be uplinked
to TDF 2 from Moscow. That's why both of planned channels will start on 1 Janua-
ry, and not now. They will be transmitted via one of Intelsat satellites (digitally) and
will be received and uplinked from Yekaterinburg. No encryption system is being
developed in Russia at the moment, so most likely they will be in MPEG-2/clear.
