	RTR-SIGNAL HAS CHANGED FEC

The RTR-Signal package on 11.135 V has changed FEC to 3/4. SR and PIDs are
the same as before.

The Globecast digital package is present on 11.590 H in MPEG-2/PowerVu with
SR 20145 and FEC 3/4.
The current line-up:

SD comment: This package is used for occasional feeds. Here you can observe
many different sports transmissions from US. Very often it's possible to see the
NHL games. Twice I saw competitions on the figure skating with commentary in
Russian broadcasting for NTV+ (in clear !).
Let's note that since November 1 transmission of the Globecast package did not
interrupt. Usually the test card "GLOBECAST NY" is present on all channels.
