ACP Program
Hi Chris,
a time ago you wrote in TS a short article about Antenna Coverage Program
(ACP) and had it on your show. We got here the program at i have some
difficulty to get it running in the proper ACP-language. I want to have a
plot for the Intelsat at 307° with a elliptical beam and contours of 2, 3
and 4 dB to the US (3 db major axis: 6.19°, 3db minor axis 2.57° and the
major axis tilted at an angle of 22.0°.
Are you able to help with some command layout?

Dr.Dish:
Here are the command lines:
TITEL you can choose what you want
SATELLITE 307
MAP ORTHOGRAPHIC 40.0 260.0 -5.48 5.48 -5.48 5.48
BOUNDARY ALL
GRID YES
BEAM ELLIPSE 6.19 2.57 -22.0 2
PLOT PATTERN LOCATION 40.0 260.0 2.0 3.0 4.0
END
This should get you the map of the target area and the needed footprints.
