Dr.Dish:
You did not write if converted your Monterey 20 into a full-band receiver or
is he still going to 1750 MHz?
Sometimes a frequency-extender is the troublemaker. I just tried it with a
old Palcom + extender and run into trouble too.
You also could try a different signal splitter. If you use a old one (1850
MHz), the same could be happen.
