Dr.Dish:
This Scientific-Atlanta receiver is available by Bakker Electronics in your
country (http://www.avd.nl/bakker.electronics/) But you will need a
permission of AFRTS in order to get the package. The problem is: you wont
get it! But anyway to watch other FTA-PowerVu channels, the receiver will do
it fine.
