--- EUROPE:
19 August:
RTL 5 left Astra 1D: 10,936 V (tp 64) and switched to MPEG-2
Veronica 6 left Astra 1D: 10,744 H (tp 51) and switched to MPEG-2

Canal Satellite Numerique on Astra 1F: 12,129 V (tp 86), MPEG-2
Club RTL packages on Astra 1E: 11,915 H/11,993 H (tp 75/79), MPEG-2
German package on Astra 1E: 11,837 H (tp 71), MPEG-2
Tests of ARD package on Astra 1F: 12,285 V (tp 94), MPEG-2

German package on Kopernikus 3: 12,658 V, MPEG-2
Festival on Telecom 2B: 12,669 H, MPEG-2

Express 2:
TV 3 Rossija seems to have left 4,075 R, not visible since 14 August.
New test card on 3,975 R with audio from TV 6 and ORT 1 (x-Wainach tp)


--- MIDDLE EAST:
A new digital package from ART has started on PAS 4: 11,524 H, MPEG-2

Peoples Revolution TV tests (Libya) on Arabsat 2A: 12,518 H
This is apparently the first commercial test card on this satellite!


--- ASIA:
Updates on JCSAT 3's MPEG-2 channels, more channels have noew started
in the PerfecTV package


--- NORTH AMERICA:
Solidaridad 1:
Multivison promo on 4,100 H (SD1-20)
Unidad de TV on 3,800 V (SD1-5)

Alphastar package on Telstar 402R, MPEG-2, 64 TV and 30 radio channels!
Echostar 1 layout change, separate chart for the DISH package


--- LAUNCHES:
The Chinasat 7 launch with Long March (China) failed last Sunday!

GE 1 launch is delayed and will not be launched on 8 Sept. as earliest.
It will replace G-Star 1 at 103W.
