TV Shop Europe on Astra 1B: 11,509 V/11,671 H (tp 20/31),
Videocrypt 1, nightly
RTL 7 test card (Poland) on Hot Bird 1: 11,489 V, PAL
MCM Euromusique tests on Hot Bird 1: 11,289 H, MPEG-2
BHT - Bosna i Hercegovine TV has left Eutelsat II f2: 11,575 V
Olay TV has started on Eutelsat II f2: 11,018 H, MPEG-1
PTV 4 on Intelsat 601: 11,517 H, MPEG-2

--- MIDDLE EAST/ASIA:
MBC has left Arabsat 1C: 2,634 V
Euro D on Turksat 1C has moved from 11,185 V to 11,514 V
The S band channels on the Insat satellites have apparently ceased
--- NORTH AMERICA:
NPS Product Channel on Spacenet 4: 3,980 H (S4-14)
SportsChannel Ohio on Satcom C1: 4,000 H (C1-15)
American Collectables Network on Spacenet 3R: 4,060 V/4,100 V (S3-18/20)
Gobierno de la Republica (Mexico) on Solidaridad 1: 3,900 H (SD1-10)
ESPN and Showtime have left SBS 5
American Collectables Network and The Babe Channel have left Telstar 402R
HTV - Hispano TV has left Spacenet 2: 3,780 V (S2-04)
Satcom K2 has replaced Satcom K1 at 85,0 West as a temporary
solution until GE 2 takes over that slot.

--- LAUNCHES:
Hot Bird 2 was finally successfully launched on 21 November, after three
earlier delayments due to bad wheater. It will be located at 13 East,
together with Eutelsat II f1 and Hot Bird 1.
