SATCO DX - Updates 15-21 December

This is a summary of the updates at SATCO DX last week.

This satellite is currently being tested at 24.5 East,
will move to 19.2 East after completed tests.

On 20 December, Hessen Fernsehen started on 11,068 V,
PAL/clear.


--- Sirius 2:  http://www.satcodx.com/sirius2.shtml
On 17 December, RIK (Cyprus) started on 12,265 H, PAL/clear,
European beam. Radio channels: 7,20: RIK 1 and 7,80: RIK 3.

DK 4 (Denmark) has started on 12,380 H, MPEG-2/clear,
European beam.

Canal M (NRK's shopping channel) has started on 11,325 H,
D2-MAC/clear, 01-17 CET.

TFC - The Filipino Channel has started on 12,563 H (1st Net),
MPEG-2/clear.

GWN - Golden West Network has started on 12,265 V,
MPEG-2/PowerVu, SR 16200, FEC 1/2. Other channels in
this package are ABC WA and SBS WA.

TV Chile International has started in the California bouquet
on 3,901 H, MPEG-2/clear.

====== SATELLITE SWITCH:
--- Intelsat 605 at 27.5W:  http://www.satcodx.com/i605.shtml
On 14 December (UTC), Intelsat 605 replaced Intelsat 803 at
27.5 West. Several C band channels are considerably weaker now.

Intelsat 803 will very soon replace Intelsat 515 at 21.3 West.
