Galaxy Announces Turner Programming Deal
  FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida, USA, 96/07/10 (TS) -- Galaxy Latin America has
signed a deal with Turner Broadcasting System that will see four of the
programmer's channels being available on the Latin America version of DirecTV.

  Subscribers in Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, will
soon be able to watch the Cartoon Network, CNN International and TNT Latin
America, as well as CNN en Espanol (CNN in Spanish), a new Spanish-language,
24-hour news service from TBS aimed at the Latin American marketplace.  CNN
en Espanol will be launched in the first quarter of 1997.

  TNT Latin America and Cartoon Network will be offered in Spanish,
Portuguese and English.
