Telesat To Purchase Tempo One
  OTTAWA, Canada, 96/12/19 (TS) -- Telesat Canada and TCI Satellite
Entertainment have signed a letter of intent to purchase TCI's Tempo One
satellite. The sale will go ahead if a new Tempo satellite is successfully
launched to the 119 degrees West position, said TCI.
