Russia Wins First Intelsat Launch
  WASHINGTON, DC, USA, 97/09/19 (TS) -- Intelsat has decided to launch its
Intelsat 901 satellite on the Proton M/Breeze M launch vehicle. This
contract will be the first Intelsat has awarded for the use of a Russian
launch vehicle. The launch of the Intelsat 901 is currently scheduled to
occur between May and August 2000 and the contract will include options for
additional launches.
