SBS transponder charts

Hi,

Thanks to Terry A. Kissinger errors were encovered in the SBS transponder
frequency charts. In fact, the SBS birds can be divided in 3 groups:

SBS 1, 2, 3 & 4 have the same design (HS-376) and the same number of
transponders and frequency plan:

SBS 5 is also an HS-376, derived from the 4 latter satellites with 4
additional transponders. Unlike the former satellites, it has Horizontal and
Vertical -polarized transponders:

Currently SBS 2, 4, 5 & 6 are still in service.

This information will be corrected in the next TSE Winhelp version. On the
web the corrections should appear in early May.
