TSE 0.35 released

The Satellite's Encyclopedia 0.35 has been released! 

In this edition EIRP maps have been added (including some for future
satellites) and new fact sheets have been added. A few launch programs have
been enhanced (those are almost complete) too.

I'm always looking for new EIRP maps... Those still lacking now will be very
hard to get. Some operators (HCI, Echostar) officially decline to provide
such information to non-customers or to the public while other simply don't
answer fax nor emails. Gathering G/T and SFD maps are tougher still! 

Of course your help is welcome on this subject.
