Q:Could we expect some transmission from Cosmos 2054 out of MIR?

Dr.Dish:
Cosmos 2054 peacefully died and now ALTAIR-II is working on the 16 degr.
West position (10.830). For the last hour or so we receive audio (in FDM
!!!) and partly video.
The signalstrength is lower as expected in my aerea (51°N, 05,9°E), but
240cm deliver a usuable picture.
